About Us

Pathway Homes of Florida, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization providing linkages to housing, intensive case management and other supportive services to homeless adults with serious mental illnesses, substance abuse and/or other co-occurring disabilities in Orange, Seminole, and Osceola Counties.

Founded in 2015 through a partnership with the Central Florida Homeless Services Network of Central Florida (HSN), Pathway Homes, Inc. of Florida currently serves 120 adults in community-based permanent supportive housing and intensive case management or through outreach services in the Central Florida region. The parent organization, Pathway Homes, Inc. was founded in 1980 and currently serves more than 700 adults in community-based homes in Northern Virginia. Our expertise and strong reputation as a provider of successful permanent supportive Housing First programs for chronically homeless individuals led to an invitation from Dave’s House, Inc., with support from the Central Florida Commission on Homelessness, to bring our services to central Florida.

We Believe

That individuals with mental illnesses can and do recover. Our mission, vision, and values are grounded in a recovery-based approach, wherein each individual is empowered to take full ownership of his or her personal journey.
